Responsibilities included human resources, employee relations, crises management, performance optimization/management, staffing, employee growth/development, training, sales, etc. Responsible for full lifecycle account management and a recruiting process consisting of establishing and maintaining relationships, understanding marketplace trends and company policies/procedures, screening resumes and potential candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, assessing potential clients/candidates, and developing and negotiating offers to acceptance; additionally provided career counseling, growth, and solutions for IT professionals/companies. A proven producer with over $1M career sales; additional awards included multiple Bronze and “Step Up and Go” awards (yearly sales goal awards) and team member for office of the year in 2002.

Formerly Airborne Express Responsible for station operations consisting of 3 office support employees; indirectly responsible for 75 contract drivers and 8 loading dock contract personnel. Provided personal contact with key accounts to resolve complaints/issues and work long range planning for future growth. Monitored and followed FAA (Hazardous Materials Certified) regulations and procedures in accordance to air flight safety and handling of all freight. Maintained and managed an 82,000 square foot facility dealing with security, safety and maintenance issues. Responsible for ensuring accurate and on-time air freight delivery and 100% customer satisfaction.
