Achieved industry category sales leadership in the late 1990's to early 2000's, with international distribution. www.spinervals.com Founded and managed two Triathlon/Bike Shop retail locations in MD / Northern Virginia. Became the leading Triathlon retailer in the region, sponsoring most major events, including the Blackwater Eagleman 70.3. Founded and managed a training studio in Maryland, including a general fitness membership, personal training services, group fitness classes and sports performance testing.

Endurance sports coaching service provider, and boutique Fitness Studio Owner. Services included online coaching, camps, event production and personal fitness training out of a 5000 sf studio. Competed as a professional triathlete, including a top 20 Overall Finish in IRONMAN HAWAII World Championships (1998), and several national championship wins (Tri Fed USA / USAT) at the 'half ironman' distance. Founder of TrainRight Software, the Official Coaching Software of Tri. Fed USA / 1995. Also, founding member of the USA Triathlon Coaches Committee, 1996.

Developed the multisport endurance training program at Meadowbrook, home to the North Baltimore Aquatics Club swim team and U.S. Olympian Michael Phelps. Managed and operated the fitness center facilities for over 2500 club members.
