As General Counsel of Infleqtion, I serve as a senior legal and business leader supporting the company through complex corporate, commercial, IP, and regulatory challenges. I joined Infleqtion as its first Corporate & IP Counsel and have since built and scaled the legal function through multiple phases of growth, including Series C fundraising, commercial expansion, and readiness for a go-public transaction. I lead a growing legal organization, mentor cross-functional contributors, and partner closely with executive leadership and the board. My work spans high-value corporate and transactional matters—negotiating strategic investment agreements, managing CFIUS and governance workstreams, and leading internal diligence and execution for our business combination and S-4 preparation. On the regulatory and operational side, I oversee export controls (ITAR/EAR/qRF), product compliance programs (laser safety, CE marking), and cross-border subsidiary support. I also built the company’s foundational AI and open-source governance, developed a patent capture and training program, strengthened portfolio management, and negotiated Infleqtion’s first outbound patent license. In addition, I regularly manage complex commercial negotiations, government contracting analyses, executive employment matters, and sensitive disputes—including resolving a significant trade secret allegation without litigation. I thrive where legal, technical, and business strategy intersect. My career reflects both the depth of an experienced GC and the operational mindset needed to scale organizations through periods of significant transformation and growth.
