E-Government Program Support during E-Government Transition Project.

While in my role of application development manager I developed a deep understanding of the Unemployment insurance and workforce development business processes. Performed PM role for applications development executing several significant projects between including the development of a system which detects and supports investigations of unemployment insurance fraud, a tax fraud detection system, a telephone initial claims application, data entry and claims processing application, and an common registration application that included multiple systems managed by state and local organizations.

* Provide leadership to 78 staff in the delivery of technology services. * Service portfolio includes: * Unemployment Insurance Call Center support * Application development, enhancement and managementfor the filing and processing of unemployment insurance claims, State employer tax reporting, Licensing and monitoring of Childcare facilities, Oregon iMatchskills®, case management systems, and federal program reporting * Management of desktops including, email, Microsoft office suite tools, virus detection and prevention. * Oracle Data warehouse administration, Oracle business intelligence tool Oracle Answers * Implementation and management of document management system. * Information Technology Strategic Plan Development * Vendor management * Partnering with local, state and federal organizations in the delivery of complex information systems * Environment includes Cisco, Oracle on AIX, IBM Z series, Windows * Server, Linx and Unix platforms.

In my role as Information Systems Supervisor I provided leadership and oversight to systems and staff in the operation and maintenance of automated process control systems for each of four Wastewater treatment facilities in Washington County, Oregon. I participated in the planning, design and installation of Fiber Optic networks throughout 2 major facilities. Led the upgrade of all sites to modern Supervisory Control systems from requirements gathering, Request for Proposals, Technology selection, planning, design, standards development, coding, testing, operator training and successful implementation.

Management of technical resources in the delivery of Technology implementation projects. In my role as Engineering Manager worked with a team in the development of technical proposals in response to advertised Requests for Proposal, developed cost estimates of small and large projects, developed detailed project plans and schedules. As a Project manager I managed projects to design, develop and implement automated process control technology systems. For the purpose of business development I provided consultation services, developed and delivered presentations and established business contacts.
