Over the last twenty years, Troy has led his functions and companies overall through significant change and transformation. Most recently at Universal Technical Institute, Inc. (NYSE: UTI), a $700+ million workforce education solutions provider across the transportation, skilled trade and healthcare industries. where during his five year tenure as EVP & CFO the company’s revenue more than doubled and profitability and shareholder value increased significantly more. This was achieved through both organic and inorganic initiatives. Troy contributes over 30 years of deep financial and operational experience. Notable prior roles include VP of Finance and Corporate Controller for a $4+ billion publicly traded corporate spin-off in the business services space, SVP & CFO of a $1.8 billion global business services division, and Director of Investor Relations for a $10+ billion-dollar global technology and business services company. He places strong emphasis on revenue growth, margin enhancement, maximizing investment returns on new business opportunities, capital allocation including acquisitions, and improving financial and business operations through technology enablement, strategic use of data, and process improvement. He has broad experience with board and board committee engagement, driving operational and financial improvements in diverse business portfolios, leading and enhancing communications across investor, executive, and other stakeholders, supporting and leading IT organizations, strategic decision-making, M&A and teambuilding. Troy holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland and held a Certified Public Accountant designation (currently inactive).

Led a team of over 70 professionals responsible for financial management, pricing and transaction analysis, and customer and vendor contracting in support of a $1.8B global business portfolio. Overarching responsibility for all aspects of accounting and financial management for the business. Key initiatives included due diligence on two acquisition candidates valued in excess of $100M each, internal separation of an underperforming business with over $100M in annual revenue, realignment of management reporting to increase visibility to underlying portfolio dynamics and to optimize resource and investment allocations, and major cost optimization actions targeting over $50M of in-year savings.
