Key finance and enterprise wide strategic transformation leader for $4.5 billion business process services company spun off from Xerox. Initial activities included Form 10 and stand-alone SEC filings, development of capitalization structure and participation in debt raise activities including the investor road show, and operations and finance organization design and management restructure activities. Implemented major finance transformation program driving significant process and technology improvements for finance, as well as significant improvements in the business support model and cost structure.

Led a team of over 70 professionals responsible for financial management, pricing and transaction analysis, and customer and vendor contracting in support of a $1.8B global business portfolio. Overarching responsibility for all aspects of accounting and financial management for the business. Key initiatives included due diligence on two acquisition candidates valued in excess of $100M each, internal separation of an underperforming business with over $100M in annual revenue, realignment of management reporting to increase visibility to underlying portfolio dynamics and to optimize resource and investment allocations, and major cost optimization actions targeting over $50M of in-year savings.

One of the primary company representatives to the investment community during a period of notable multiple expansion. Responsible for development and communication of external messaging and guidance, both financial and strategic, and for developing and maintaining relationships with sell side and buy side analysts and portfolio managers. Significant engagement with investment community through several major company changes including a new CFO and key business unit leader, major strategy and guidance updates, pre-announcement of an asset impairment, a $1.5B divestiture, and acquisitions totaling over $300M.

Responsible for overall financial management of growth focused organizations ranging from $400M to $1.3B in annual revenue. This includes P&L, capex, and cash forecasting and planning, monthly close and overall accounting oversight, results analysis and management reporting, financial systems, customer deal reviews and pricing, contract negotiations, real estate portfolio and transaction oversight, and many types of strategic analysis.

Responsibilities included enterprise-wide long range planning, industry and competitive analysis, activity based profitability reporting and analysis, and overall financial management for organizations of up to $1B. Held roles in Corporate FP&A and in Operations Finance supporting the IT and Product Managment/Development organizations

Responsibilities included decision support for global emerging products and technologies. Planning/forecasting for $7B of domestic telecommunications expense and $200m of usage revenue. Cost analysis and financial support for pricing, contract negotiations, regulatory and policy issues.
