Developed programs with UPMC provider networks to organically grow service offerings in diagnostic imaging, oncology and cardiac services resulting in many more patients receiving quality care. Assisted 2 different $100M+ acquisitions from start to finish including: deal origination, financial modeling, due diligence, deal structure with legal counsel, and post acquisition integration with acquired boards and management teams.

Held 4 positions in a management program where I held a variety of analytical and operational roles in hospital, physician and corporate BUs. BOTTOM LINE GROWTH Revamped Physician services charge master to capture incremental commercial revenues adding annual profits of $1.5M. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION Led project which required engaging 20 managers across multiple divisions in creation of a program for uninsured patients to obtain transparent and discounted rates for elective procedures. Results were happier patients and improved collection rates on the $110M revenue stream. BI PROFITABILITY TOOL Drove the analytical side of the project partnering with implementation team to develop an Oracle decision support system to evaluate system-wide P&L data. Enabled organization to tie all patient activities to an episode of care illuminating profitability and quality outcomes.

Developed analytical tools to project cash flow, operating results, and other key financing metrics contributing in development of company’s $10+ billion budget. Created staffing analytic to help restructure over 1,000 business staff across several divisions.
