Oversaw the efforts of multiple conversion teams to ensure the that we completed projects and meet contractual requirements. Supervised conversion specialists to unsure they work with clients and third party vendors to complete conversion projects. Lead the team that built the scope and created a comprehensive system certification program for credit union data processing system. Worked with end user to create custom onsite end user training, and documentation. Part of team that planned, oversaw and executed an annual users meeting. Worked with other managers to evaluate current team members and also participated in the new hire process.

Manage efforts of multiple departments to meet the needs of stakeholders and meet contractual time schedule. Worked with sales team to define the project scope and delivery schedule of installation projects. Directing conversions of credit union data from competitors to SOSystems’ Centryx Product. Create and maintained a comprehensive installation and conversion document.

Supervise and mentor new IT personnel. Assist department head in evaluating team members. Assist in the evaluation of prospective employees. Administration of Network, Email, Core system, Imaging system, and web-based systems for 120 credit union team members to service member’s needs. Responsible for troubleshooting computer and network problems for 150 pcs, 3 Microsoft 2008 servers, 2 Microsoft 2003 servers, 1 IBM AIX Unix server and 1 Lynx Web application server Responsible for maintaining network and Voice over IP communication for 6 branch offices. Setup and maintenance of user accounts, for network, Imaging system, Loan creation software, Accounting software, Virtual Branch, and Exchange. Create and update Microsoft Active Directory group policies. Set up new PCs for end user use and retire old equipment. Work with IT vendors procure new equipment, software and services.
