About
I help mining, energy and industrial project teams regain control of complex projects, and turnaround programs.Across major construction and maintenance environments, the same problems show up repeatedly: poor schedule quality, weak planning logic, reactive reporting, low confidence in progress data, and limited visibility of emerging delay risk. Left unchecked, these issues lead cost blowouts, missed milestones and failing delivery confidence. My focus is simple: provide schedules leaders can trust, and reporting that drives action.Through Greenlight Solutions, I support clients across the energy, resources, refining, and mining sectors with: - Project Controls - Shutdown & Turnaround Planning - Schedule Assurance - Schedule Range Analysis - Risk Management - Governance and reporting frameworks Over 20+ years, I have supported complex construction and STO environments where decision-ready schedules, strong controls and clear reporting directly influence cost, execution performance and delivery confidence.Since the inception of Greenlight Solutions in 2021 we have successfully provided project controls services for:Incitec Pivot – Multi-year 15-week Shutdown Programs (2021–2026) ~40,000 labour hours | ~17,500 activities | ~$7.5mArrow Energy – Surat Basin Processing Facilities (David & Harry Inlet) ~30,000 labour hours | ~2,400 activities | ~$36mIncitec Pivot – Phosphate Hill – Ammonia Plant Turnaround ~93,350 labour hours | 18,254 activities | ~$100mMillmerran Power Station – Power Station Turnaround ~86,000 labour hours | 8,020 activities | ~$15mDyno Nobel – Moranbah Ammonia Plant – Shutdown & Major Turnaround ~115,800 labour hours | 25,300 activities | ~$100mQuinbrook – Brendale Supernode ~283,260 labour hours | 5,400 activities | ~$1.4b
