As the Business System Manager I am responsible for leading the Implementation project for the new Microsoft ERP and CRM systems. A modern Cloud-based ERP-system is frequently updated. Therefore it is crucial to keep the core as close to standard as possible to limit the risk of costly rework when upgrading the system. I strongly believe in a layered application architecture where the ERP-system is considered “the system of records”. The system of records must be a stable core where you avoid doing frequent changes. On top of the system of records we build layers to support the differentiating business logic which is not part of the standard ERP-system. This results in stability in combination with agility, which is a must in today’s rapidly changing businesses.

As the Project Lead I was responsible for leading the ERP-project. Implementing a ERP-system is 20 % system and 80 % change management. So a large part of the job was to work with the organization to adapt to the new system.

As a Product Specialist I work across all of our products within the Trace platform. My responsibility is to analyze our customers needs and to help them to figure out how they can strengthen their business through our powerful Trace platform.

Knowledge lead (fagansvarlig) logistics. Primary experience from SAP Material Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD) and Plant Maintenance (PM). Recently focussing on the new ERP system from SAP called S/4 HANA and the new UI called FIORI.

This 12 weeks communication training focussed on mastering the human relation skills demanded in today's tough business environment. I learned to improve human relations skills, strengthen interpersonal relationships, manage stress and handle fast-changing workplace conditions. I developed more effective communication skills and became better equipped to perform as a persuasive communicator, problem-solver and focused leader. What's more, I develop a take-charge attitude to initiate with confidence and enthusiasm.
