Lighting Designer of the Year - 2020, 2019 & 2015 Total Production International Awards (& shortlisted 2016 & 2017) Royal Television Society & BAFTA award winning designer - I am a highly experienced lighting professional in the live event, broadcast and concert touring world. EMMY & BAFTA Nominated Tim is well known for his lighting design work on the 2025 and 2023 Eurovision Song Contests - the biggest TV show in the world. In music Tim has designed the 2019 Spice Girls Stadium Tour, Stormzy Headline Glastonbury 2019, Beyonce 2016 Formation World Tour, Sam Smith World Tour, Florence & The Machine World Tour, Jeff Lynne's ELO World Tours, Take That Tours, Royal Blood UK & Europe Arena Tours, Rita Ora 2018 & 19 Tours , Dave Pyschodrama Tour, Gary Barlow Arena Tours, Busted UK and Europe Arena and Theatre tours amongst many others. In broadcast Tim has been Lighting Director for I Can See Your Voice (BBC1), Walk the Line (ITV1), the X Factor 2016, 2017 & 2018 Live Shows (ITV), The Greatest Dancer 2019 & 2020 (BBC1), Alan Carr’s Epic Gameshow (ITV1), Ball & Boe for ITV (2016, 17 &19), Sheridan 2017 (ITV), The BRITS Launch 2018 (ITV), BBC Radio 2 In Concert, Proms in the Park, Radio 1 Teen Awards, Gary Barlow & Friends for ITV, Gary Barlows Big Ben Bash for BBC1, BBC 6 Music Festival, NME Awards, Don Black Songbook for BBC4, Concert for Heroes - BBC1 and many more. In 2014 Tim was lighting designer for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies Glasgow Commonwealth Games and this career progression has followed on from his work as Lead Lighting Programmer on the London 2012 Opening and Closing Ceremonies and the Beijing Olympics Handover Ceremony.
