Reviewed 3D CAD and engineering drawings to provide lead times, and cost estimates for outside sales reps. Prospected and created over 550 project bids within 5 years. Used AI to manage the sales pipeline and presented sales metrics to stakeholders. Developed, implemented, and maintained the APQP process to drive new mold projects from concept through implementation. Launched over 120 projects and closed all within budget in a span of 5 years. 105 were injection molding projects (5 tons – 400 tons), and 14 were rotational mold projects. Assisted with first run tests and process optimization / cycle optimization. Assisted with FAI reports & PPAP reports to ensure all quality requirements are met. Managed material trials with new/alternative resins to reduce part costs and improve part quality. Created and automated the engineering change order (ECO) process. Managed CRM software. Migrated data twice when Bull Engineered Products changed CRM software, once in 2023 and again in 2025. Entered sales orders and purchase orders. Identified repeated steps and then automated the process flow for entering and approving purchase orders. Attended local trade shows such as Design 2 Part. Created standard procedures and training documents for the Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Program Management departments. Identified and documented recurring issues causing scrapped parts. Then proposed solutions to the operations manager and process engineers.

Managed teams in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Minnesota. All moving toward business targets and tracked progress to ensure all milestones were completed on time and within budget. Launched over 100 injection molding and thermoforming projects such as plastic fenders, hoods, and door covers on the Honda Talon, Honda Pioneer SxS, Wildcat XX, and Volvo/Mack Medium Duty Trucks. Molds were between 50 tons to 3200 tons. Developed vision inspection programs using Keyence hardware and software to poka-yoke part defects. Reported key metrics to stakeholders such as the direct manager, and the executive team. Decreased assembly cycle time by utilizing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Completed Paulson Training, and Green Belt training at Wilbert.

Adaptive Energy created a tool to impede air leaks into coal fired boilers. My job was to derive an equation to show that Adaptive Energy's product works. Then I fabricated a test facility to validate Navier Stoke derived equation. As part of a team of 3, I was the main Cad and machining member.
