Triston Francis

Triston serves as a Director of People & Talent for Airwallex. Before joining Airwallex, he was the Head of People for Glints' Regional Talent Solutions business. Previously, he was part of Sea Group's COO office, where he focused on People and Organizational Strategy. Before Sea Group, Triston worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he served as the Design Manager for their Asia Pacific Leadership Institute. He was previously a Consultant in BCG’s Singapore and Philadelphia offices, covering TMT and Financial Services across a broad range of projects. Prior to BCG, he received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School (HBS) where he served as the Student Body Co-President for his class and graduated with Second Year Academic Honors. While at HBS and upon graduation, Triston served as a Research Associate for Professor Leslie Perlow, HBS' Senior Associate Dean for Research. In this role, he Co-Developed a course called "Crafting Your Life." 40 Second Year MBA Students at Harvard Business School enrolled in the course during their Fall 2019 semester. Prior to HBS, Triston was an Associate on Morgan Stanley’s Multicultural Client Strategy Team, where he assisted a Vice Chairman and Senior Client Advisor in strengthening relationships with Asian, Black and Hispanic clients across all the Firm’s revenue generating divisions. Prior to joining this team, Triston worked within Investment Banking and Sales & Trading. Triston holds a Bachelor of Science with concentrations in Finance, Legal Studies and Business Ethics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Triston was one of four students in his graduating class at Penn to be recognized by the University President at graduation for having positively impacted Penn’s campus through leadership.
