First Line Custodial Maintenance of Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3. Perform Daily preventive inspection of all facilities in the airport. Liase with Changi Airport Group Technical Support Officers to handle complaints and follow up defects.

Perform Strucural, Architectural and Mechanical Inspections. Check on Risk Assessment, Safe Working Procedure and PTW by the contractor. Review progress claims by contractor. To ensure that all works ahs been carried out to the satisfaction of the Client and with the specifications. Supervision of Piling, Concreting, Material Testing. CONQUAS inspection.
