My time at Dillard’s has cemented my skills in the retail field. Improving my ability to sale as well as give me a deeper understanding of the ins and outs of retail work

My time at Spencer’s has gotten me out of my comfort zone in the best ways possible. Working at Spencer’s has helped build up my confidence as a sales associate and helped hone my customer service skills.

At zappos, I was able to develop and employ self and group management skills. I also developed a great grasp on the dynamics of call centers and management positions.

I worked at Old Navy as a seasonal sales associate and worked an eight hour Black Friday shift. This is where I learned how a retail store runs as well as get customer service experience. From this jobs, I learned how to work cohesively and efficiently in a retail team. I was let go from the team after the seasonal period had concluded.

I am currently attending college in pursuit of a communications degree. My goal is to be done with my bachelor's degree by the end of next year.
