Trisha Malone

As Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer, Mrs. Malone oversees the company’s financial operations and evaluates financial strategies for each department. She is responsible for arranging all debt and equity for all of Anton’s housing transactions including construction loans, take-outs, land loans, bridge loans and credit facilities. Since joining the Anton team in 2000 she has structured over $500MM of debt and equity for new development projects and the repositioning of existing assets through GSEs, banks, cities, local agencies, individuals and publicly traded companies. Mrs. Malone specializes in the intricacies of affordable housing bond financing for mixed-income (80/20) and fully affordable apartment housing. Mrs. Malone oversees a portfolio of 5,000 units and is responsible for strategic refinancing and disposition of portfolio assets and financial reporting. Prior to joining Anton DevCo, Mrs. Malone carried the titles of Vice President of Finance and Controller for St. Anton Partners (now a holding company which developed over 7,000 apartment units since 1995). Mrs. Malone began her career in public accounting where she gained experience in both tax and auditing with a focus on real estate and non-profit clients. Ms. Malone holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from California State University, Sacramento and obtained her Certified Public Accountant license. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and participated in the Multi-Family Silver Council.
