Managed in excess of $14 Million in maintenance and capital spend for Dark Stores in excess of 22 million square feet, including structural, HVAC, parking lots, doors, and tenant construction. Coordinated in excess of 40 Lease Expirations annually for Dark stores, working with the Asset Managers and contractor base to ensure building conditions complied with the terms of the lease agreements. Liaison between Asset Management and Facilities Management on all tenant maintenance and lease concerns.

Presented Major Project Maintenance options and recommendations to VP and SVP Level management. Managed in excess of $100 Million spend for 1.3 billion sq. feet of parking lot space completing approximately 4500 maintenance and capital projects per month. Conducted multiple Requests for Quote projects for remodel stores. Negotiated pricing for products and installation services of product. Co Developed contract with Major Automatic Door Supplier resulting in a 50% reduction in accidents over a 2 year period while indemnifing Wal-Mart Stores against accident claims.

Accountable for opening stores per operational, merchandising, and compliance direction of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. supervising up to 500 associates in each project. Set daily and weekly milestones to bring projects to completion on time and on budget. Supervised training of all management and hourly associates on systems operation, store operations, personnel placement, and operational compliance. Responsible for spreading the Wal-Mart Culture to all new associates. Ensured management and hourly associates followed company direction.
