Trish Wilhelm, RVT

I’m a Registered Veterinary Technician in Colorado with a passion for elevating animal health. I began my career specialized in equine medicine. I completed my internship at an equine ambulatory practice in Elizabeth, CO, which led to two roles in busy equine clinics where I focused on ambulatory and surgical services, patient care coordination, and I also gained experience in small animal clinics and shelters along the way. Since co-founding VetCS in 2017, I’ve dedicated myself to advancing the veterinary cannabis space. I’ve developed dosing protocols, innovative product formulations, supported veterinarians, and guided thousands of pet guardians and horse owners through cannabis therapy. A proud accomplishment was as a contributing author of the equine cannabis section for “Cannabis Therapy in Veterinary Medicine: A Complete Guide” the first textbook on the topic. In addition to my work with VetCS, I serve as Vice President at EliteCS, a hemp white label and formulation company, and I’m the Co-founder of Kind Botanicals, which creates wellness products using hemp and adaptogens for people. I’m passionate about helping others find natural, effective solutions…whether they have two legs or four.
