WAKE's mission is to amplify the work of women leading change globally. Through its Tech2Empower initiative, WAKE gets tech tools and expertise into the hands of activists and their organizations working toward intersectional gender and social justice. WAKE works with these allies to scale their activities, deepen impact and contribute to the design of a better future as they address critical social justice and human rights issues.

Future Fund for Education is a catalyst for African entrepreneurs who are transforming education across the continent. We’re on a mission to identify and support the work of local education experts with game-changing ideas. Through funding, technical assistance, mentorship and knowledge sharing, we’re partnering with creative doers to prepare the workforce for the high-growth economies of Africa.

Trish led the growth of IIESF by establishing partnerships with leading tech companies, U.S. Department of State, and top foundations. She worked with the excellent IIESF team to design and roll-out high impact, innovative programs focused on leadership development, women's empowerment, mentoring, women's health and entrepreneurship in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. Trish also founded IIE's Center for Women's Leadership Initiatives, bringing under one umbrella programs such as TechWomen, Women's Enterprise for Sustainability/Tunisia and WeTech. Trish spearheaded IIE's participation in the Clinton Global Initiative, and brought together partners such as Google, Qualcomm, Goldman Sachs and Juniper Networks to invest in WeTech, a program building a healthy pipeline of women and girls entering into science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) in Africa, India and the U.S.

Founding member of team that launched the Least Developed Countries Initiative, bringing the Cisco Networking Academy Program to 50 of the world's Least Developed Countries, with a special emphasis on gender equity.

Designed and managed education reform programs, primarily in Sub-Saharan Africa (Lesotho, Kenya, South Africa), as well as some work in Latin America (Colombia and Guatemala), with particular emphasis on girls' education.
