I work as a Person Centered Counsellor at the Tower Clinic in Leeds, what does this mean, and how would we work together? I believe that we are all born with the tools we need to understand what works best for us , so we can develop and grow as a person , and deal with what life ,and relationships with those around us brings along . As life becomes more hectic and demanding, we can all sometimes lose sight of what we need to be at our best for ourselves and others, we can forget to give ourselves time and space so we can put ourselves back to the centre of our decisions, which can be confusing and difficult to see clearly what we need to do, and what we truly want.
