Monsoon Commerce was a portfolio holding company of private equity firm Oak Hill Capital Partners (OHC). Joined to help restructure the companies acquired overtime by OHC in the e-commerce space. Monsoon Commerce originally had 3 subsidiaries: the marketplace Alibris, with thousands of sellers. Monsoon Inc. a B2B software solution, that powers integrated solutions to manage inventory, orders, fulfillment and distribution in various marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay etc. And Stone Edge Technologies an Order Management System helping SMBs manage their online orders flows and processes. Successfully made all the individual companies profitable and then divested. In early 2016 we sold Stone Edge Technologies. In early 2017 we sold Monsoon Inc. In July 2017 we sold the marketplace Alibris.

Merchantry was named one of the best places to work in New York City in 2012 by Crain's. Merchantry was acquired by Tradeshift.
