• Hands-on experience in operation and production processes of Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) steelmaking. • Skilled in coordinating and synchronizing operations between EAF, Ladle Furnace (LF), and Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) to ensure smooth and stable production flow. • Controlled melting parameters, temperature, chemistry adjustment, and tapping operations to meet production and quality requirements. • Coordinated refining processes in LF, including temperature control, alloying, desulfurization, and cleanliness improvement. • Quickly identified and handled process abnormalities across EAF–LF–CCM to reduce downtime and prevent quality issues. • Worked closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure safe operation and consistent billet quality.

Experienced in input and output quality control, including raw material inspection, process control, and final product inspection. • Hands-on experience in induction furnace steelmaking processes, including charge preparation, melting control, temperature control, and alloy adjustment. • Supervised casting and pouring operations for mechanical components, ensuring dimensional accuracy and metallurgical quality. • Identified and handled process abnormalities related to melting, pouring, and solidification to prevent defects. • Implemented and complied with SOPs for induction furnace operation, casting processes, and quality control standards. • Coordinated with production and quality teams to analyze defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
