Developing Combilift business in SEA region (main focus: Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia) through extensive dealers network. Consulting & Conducting training for dealers. Consulting material handling equipment solution for a wide variety of warehouse/factory operations.

- Distribute Combilift's products in Viet Nam and Cambodia. (Sole distributor in SEA - except Singapore) - Deal with wholesaler, dealer, trader on used forklifts and handling equipment. - Key markets: Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos & Myanmar. - Increase the sales volumes by approximately 3 times in 2019 compared to 2015. - Expand the number of active customer by 50%. - Top performer of Malaysia branch in the 2nd half of 2017, and year 2018, 2019.

Supervising the selling system and facilitating all the branches to reach the company target. Creating and implementing sales & marketing strategy for steel sheet product for over 135 branches across Vietnam. Working directly with Branch Manager, Regional Manager to improve sales turnover and reach the monthly target of 15 - 20 mil USD for my brand and total 35 - 50 mil USD of the whole distribution network. Deal with customers' complaints, planning for the stocks of all branches. Working with the logistic Dept to ensure sufficient stocks for branches to run the business. Increase total revenue by 20% compared to the previous year.
