Recommend improvements, advancements and enhancements of the EDI services in accordance with ANSI X12 standards. • Transmit and receive a wide variety of EDI documents. • Works with the following EDI transactions sets: 850, 855,810,834,845,832,820,861,856,867. • Trained customers on EDI formatting • Trained new employees • Maintain and troubleshoot the electronic data interchange systems. • Create and maintain EDI maps using GXS Bizmapper. • Act as liaison between the company and customers to determine the trading partner capabilities, requirements and deadlines following company policies and procedures. • Interface with other departments, vendors, customers, to resolve problems, update information, recommend improvements in the system. • Troubleshoot the systems, complete paperwork, maintain files, records, etc. • Works with GHX- Global Health Care Exchange on a daily basis. • HIPAA Certified. • Works with Bizlink daily • Works with Opentext Managed Services • Works with EDIBAR software for creation of 856 barcode UCC labels.
