As Head of Sales & Operations at Armazém Açaí, I lead the charge in expanding our brand across retail chains, food service, gyms, and independent markets nationwide. My role bridges strategic sales leadership with operational excellence ensuring the smooth flow of products, systems, and logistics across every region we serve. Reporting directly to ownership, I oversee everything from national sales execution and team building to inventory, fulfillment, supply chain optimization, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance. My focus is on scaling smart, supporting our growth while staying true to our mission of delivering clean-label, ready-to-eat açaí to communities everywhere.
