All duties and responsibilities of Financial Controller of Hotel & Mall.

*  Skilled to prepare P&L Accounts and Balance sheet Reconciliations. *  Dealing with statutory returns. *  Maintain various operating transaction i.e. Revenue and expenditure Auditing, Financial forecasting. *  Helps in preparing sales/purchase ledger duties, cash book and payroll. *  Preparation of accounts payables and receivables. *  Preparation of budget & project cost for next to before start the project. *  Handle & co-ordinate the workshop of health related and help the presentation process with coordinator. *  Assist the training programmer and develop training course and materials relevant to different level participations.

*  Preparing Invoices and follow up to client for payment received. *  Calculating perks and allowances. *  Preparing vendor’s payment and vendor’s reconciliation. *  Responsible for updating account records and book keeping. *  Maintain general Ledgers. *  Manage month end process. Produce accurate management information for hotel. *  Preparation of payment detail according to contract paper for credit suppliers. *  Carry out balance sheet reconciliations, with fully supportive balance sheet file each month. *  Suggest opportunities to improve revenue, productivity & profitability. *  Be fully conversant with all hotel systems, ensuring information is available and being fully utilized. *  Ensure hotel compliances with company policies & procedures of accounting, financing, purchasing policy & operation controls. *  Work with the financial controller to ensure that succession plan is in place. *  Formulate plans to drive employee engagement. *  Fully embellish and take part in hotel training & Daily Habits.
