Responsibilities: -Report to Senior Engineering Department and MEMS Director, representative for Senior Engineering Manager to manage engineering team when he is on business or holidays -Managing 7 engineers, 4 technicians and 2 technical operators -Recruited, trained and supervised a MEMS engineering technicians & technical operators -Manufacturing process optimization for new and legacy products -Supervise & control manufacturing line and facilities (production line, engineering maintenance, daily tasks) -Assign tasks, give instructions and monitoring performance to all the subordinates to catch up the daily manufacturing target Key Accomplishment: -Manage team to set up clean room with 10K class successfully and ahead schedule -MEMS operations transferring from Denmark, setting up, starting up, hiring labor resources, from qualification to mass production in Vietnam within 4 months with getting ISO certificate -Starting up operation flawlessly from first employee, one shift to 3 shift with 24/7 non-stop operations -Leading sustaining/improvement teams with achievement from 45% to 90% yield performance with high quality -Train team soft skills and quality skills as 7QC tools, SPC control charts, Lean 6 Sigma, Kaizen, 5S… and deployment to manufacturing team

Responsibilities: -Report to PWB Development Engineering Department Manager & manage 15 engineers and 20 technicians -Control/develop manufacturing processes, PWB factory technology, bill of material (BOM) for prototypes -Yield improvement, KAIZEN house program member, concept from The Toyota Way (TPS) -Daily monitoring, controlling manufacturing system to be healthy and meet targets, working in shift plan -Sustaining non-stop manufacturing lines for trouble shooting, technical problems solving, process continuous improvement, reduce defect rates, cost reduction to meet target Key Accomplishment: -Process issue investigation & fixing for high volume manufacturing & development products, gained 1M USD -Output max achieving for the factory, manufacturing facility below budget and ahead schedule -Drive capacity improvement to get output maximum capacity, hit new record for factory in high volume -Set up successfully new production line for both wet & dry processes including equipment -Managed cost saving project/team to meet target and capacity up for factory tools & sustaining successfully -Significant yield improvement for mobile phone products from 35% up to 85% (NTT DoCoMo customer) & other high volume products -Built development team to be best team with strong competences & process background
