-Collaborate with operators across flotation sections, including roughers, cleaners, columns, Jameson cells and thickeners to optimize plant performance - Execute metallurgical test work and flotation experiments to support concentrator plant optimization - Monitor reagent performance and optimize dosages for improved recovery - Prepare detailed technical reports and operational summaries for management review -Calibration of belt scales through Live Load checks, verifying alignment of weightometer readings, weighbridge data, and surveyed tonnages for accurate measurement.

•Analyzing existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. •Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on performance metrics to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently, enhancing overall productivity and performance. •Identifying potential risks in projects or processes and developing strategies to minimize their impact. •Collecting and analyzing data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, or areas for further improvement. •Implementing tools and technologies to automate repetitive tasks, improving accuracy and saving time.

•Met. Accounting and metallurgical lab tests on geological, chemical reagents and copper concentrate samples. • Helping with site/equipment (mills, crushers and flotation cells) inspection and optimization works. • Preparing different additives to the process reaction. • Taking samples of different chemicals to check the quality. • Monitoring the operation and efficiency of grinding mills and hydro-cyclones by taking samples for lab analysis.
