With 26 years of main contracting experience and a further 14 years in sub-contracting, I can offer a wealth of experience in understanding the sequencing of operations between the two disciplines whilst fully appreciating the strains of the on site management teams and therefore offer a helpful and knowledgeable solution to every day operations. Heading up operations and responsible for Business Development, financial management and product delivery. Develop robust working systems in order to support growth of business.

P & L and operational responsibility for design and on site operations of three business's within the KingSpan Off-Site brand, and operational responsibility for a further three business's within the group. Board responsibility of all business units and a fundamental member in the progression of the systems through the re-branding. Responsible for design development of systems, customer service and contractual matters throughout the group.

Overall responsibility of site operations for the three divisional offices and product design and development for the Head office. Responsible for the P & L of both activities and member of the main board of Directors. Developed cradle to grave process and project management system to ensure total customer satisfaction. Developed and maintained customer relationships once the sales team had initially secured projects. Contractual responsibility for the Group.
