Overall repairs and maintenance head and handling business development of the biggest milk tea brand in the Philippines. Project manager for the company's operations and customer experience digitalization efforts. Managed our team of technicians, admin staff as well as external partner suppliers and contractors so that together, we can strictly ensure zero downtime of all 200+ stores in the Philippines as well as maintain and improve the structure of the stores including management of store renovation projects. Improving the efficiency of operations of all machines/assets as well as constantly exploring new cost-saving strategies and conducting strategic initiatives to further strengthen the repairs and maintenance department. Worked closely with different contractors/suppliers to ensure the smooth delivery of their services, setting deals, as well as continuous exploration of more preferable and suitable suppliers that are more advantageous to the operations of the company. Working and reporting directly to the General Manager and the business development head for the overall improvement of not only the repairs department, but also for the whole organization.
