Responsible for process documentation and development for a generational software replacement project. Was instrumental in the development of documentation strategies and standards that included the creation of a Knowledge Portal to deliver documentation to the organization. Completed risk analysis on outstanding issues with software delivery and software quality that directly impacted the corporate scorecard.

Acted as an Associate Business Analyst to the Lead Business Analyst for the Coreworx Implementation project within the Major Projects Records Management (MPRM) Program. Worked with the project manager, lead business analyst and the business to document process, requirements, test plans, training strategies, training plans and other documentation to improve the business processes within the document management/records management groups. This assisted those two groups with document turnover to operations and timely implementation of new pipelines. Selected Achievements: -Assisted the Lead Business Analyst with requirements elicitation for the project Information Control (PIC) module and the Request For Information (RFI) module. -Developed a training strategy, training materials, and quick reference guides for the business to assist with utilization of the new software. -Developed test plans based on requirements documents to ensure all requirements are tested and are included within the solution.

Supported business applications using PL/SQL, SQL, Powershell scripting, PERL, and other associated technologies. Mentored new employees and assisted with their debugging. Analyzed technical and business issues, elicited requirements and provided a list of recommended solutions. Managed vendor workloads and patch releases for customized "off the shelf" software. Worked within the business to document and improve process and solutions. Managed small projects. Attended "Change Advisory Board" meetings to analyze proposed changes to the environment and how those changes would affect the business area that I served. Selected Achievements: -Elicited requirements, created test plans, developed a rollout-strategy, and managed project resources and timelines for the Enbridge Batch Simulation System (EBSS) -Assisted in the use of SharePoint for system documentation through the implementation of "Wiki-pages" for system documentation. This allowed our documentation to become "live", evolving documents. -Stabilized the nightly download processes for the "Teamwork" Project Cost Accounting software

Worked as a developer to assist Alberta Infrastructure with the development of a Bridge Maintenance system. Worked with the clients to design forms and reports to ensure that these met the business requirements and allowed the client to utilize the solution effectively and efficiently. Selected Achievements: -Utilized custom Application Program Interface code to override Oracle's default functionality of basing forms on a single database table.

Worked as a developer to assist in the "Double Byte Enablement" of the CBP (Convergent Billing Platform) that is utilized by Telus and other communication providers throughout North America. Double Byte Enabling was the process of allowing the application to work with the Asian character sets. Namely, Mandarin, Katakana, Kanji, and Korean characters. As part of the development/customization team for the NTT (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone) project I was responsible for updating forms, reports, and testing. Selected Achievements: -Utilized a Microsoft tool within the Oracle development tools to double byte enable the Saville CBP software to seamlessly change from English to Japanese character sets and back.
