Managing a team of seven, to provide financial control and support to the Technology CFO for all Technology Investment Change spend. Business partnering with the program directors and project leads on financial issues. Providing advice and financial support to Technology sponsored projects, covering large Group Strategic Investment programs and short term Maintenance / Stability initiatives.

Managing a team of two to provide a consolidate view of the Investment spend for the Corporate Core and Technology Investments to drive strategic financial insights and maintain effective consultative/advisory relationship with stakeholders.

Managed a team to provide finance business partnering to all Support Functions (IT, Change, Operations, Premises, etc). Duties included providing finance council to the IT and the Operation leadership teams, assessing business cases for investments, partnering with business leads on financial matters. Lloyds was sold to Westpac, I was a part of the team that worked on the sale agreement and then its integration into Westpac. I received an award presented by the Lloyds Australia CEO for my business partnering contribution to the IT Business.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation PMO Finance to create/design the standards and processes for the Merger and Transformation project reporting (financial and non-financial KPIs) across Westpac and St George Bank. The role was primarily to process engineering a smooth transition of the legacy project reporting process to new TPMO requirements across the merged Group. I received a Value Add award from the Transformation Executive for my smooth transition of legacy processes to the new standards and processes.

Reporting to the Head of EPO to provide an independent review and analysis of the consolidated Westpac project portfolio for spend and status.

Reporting to the Finance Head of Strategic Sourcing and PCI to provide support for the financial management of the PCI business while business was being restructured.

Providing operational analysis for project accounting/reporting for Global Equities, to Technology Finance CFO. Co-ordinating the monthly financial process, producing and analyzing the financial results, consolidating the Full Year Forecast and Annual Plan.

Managing a team of two to provide finance support for Westpac's largest technology program namely the, Online Transformation Program, which is redefining the banks digital presence. Duties include assessing spend to target, creating spend scenario's based on milestone changes, reviewing benefits and ongoing run costs.
