-Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, including planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures, and standards are maintained. -Maintain change orders, submittal, and document (drawing) control logs. Prepare required logs and other project documentation for construction meetings. -Prepares price change orders and project reports and documentation. Interacts with subcontractors to ensure we have obtained the correct documentation and drawing for the Owner and Maintenance Manuals. -Prepares all bill of materials to order varies devices and consumables for the project.

-Secured vendor quotations on requisitions and processed purchase requisitions. -Received and reviewed field/office requisitions for completeness and accuracy; conferring with requestor when clarification was required. -Issued change orders as required in accordance with revised BOM’s. -Expedited and ensured timely delivery and back orders, maintained optimum field production. -Reviewed and approved invoices. Communicated with vendor and A/P to resolve invoice problems.

-Managed project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, (Return for Information), and meeting minutes. -Responsible for contract submittals that are accurate and timely. -Created and issued the Subcontractors’ contracts. -Managed and assembled timely delivery of the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.

-Managed a team of 9 servers and bartenders to ensure smooth operations. -Accomplished excellent customer service with diners and vendors. -As a team leader, trained new service employees as one of my best professional accomplishments.
