Responsible for thorough document checking and reviewing the project specifications to ensure that they do not conflict with the Construction Documents. Coordinates work with other disciplines, including outside consultants as applicable. Performs interdisciplinary coordination check to minimize deficiencies, errors and omissions in drawings and specifications. Contributes to the oversight of Construction Document development for compliance with office standards, applicable codes, and accuracy. Coordinates the review of shop drawings and submittal data for compliance with Construction Documents. Serves as field interface with design and technical team during construction. Advises and assists Construction Project Managers, Superintendents and Subcontractors in the interpretation and clarification of the Construction Documents. Participates in construction by monitoring compliance with design intent, Construction Documents and Specifications. Prepares Field Reports and Punch Lists Provides applicable solutions to field problems, responds to RFIs, and prepares Addenda. Leads technical team in archiving of record drawings and specifications. Assists with project closeout and documents lessons learned. Participates in post-construction review process.

A+ trained showcasing strong foundational knowledge in hardware, software, and troubleshooting. Successfully led multiple projects involving system builds, OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and repairs. Network + trained to identify and resolve network problems, reducing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. Employed advanced network analysis tools to detect and rectify performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and configuration errors.

Single/multi- family 1-story/2-story dwelling and apartments. Handled Hurricane, flood and daily xactimate estimates. Can read and understand architectural drawings and specifications, communicate scope and pricing to customers within proposals, calls and emails.

Handled over 300 claims over the phone using various digital technologies to acquire information about the loss from the insureds, also handled over 200 claims fast track method including negotiating with contractors regarding estimate totals. Used Symbility and Xactimate to build, sketch, and fully estimate daily and CAT claims. Handled multiple wind, hail, and water damage claims using fast track method made initial calls, follow up calls, assigned field adjusters, and also handled estimate rewrites/reviews in both Symbility and Xactimate.
