* The Master's in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability (MSLS) program enrolls students from 25+ countries across six continents each year. * Worked closely with a diverse team of professors and program staff to successfully provide master’s-level courses to 55 mid-career professionals from 25+ countries and six continents. * Collaborated with colleagues to develop program strategy, create, evaluate, and update courseware. * Facilitated workshops, mentored students, oversaw administrative tasks related to program implementation. * Co-delivered an online course Introduction to Strategic Sustainable Development.

* The GV Program is an international volunteer program which provides volunteer and financial resources to affiliates worldwide and raises awareness of HFH’s work. In 2007 we mobilized 500+ volunteer teams and 7,500 volunteers. * Hired, trained and mentored new regional program managers; managed administrative staff and volunteers. * Built relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational policies. * Co-organized and facilitated 8-10 trainings annually to certify 300-350 volunteer team leaders. * Represented the program at domestic and international conferences and events.

* Managed 70 volunteer leaders and teams traveling to 11 countries each year. Recruited, selected, and mentored volunteer leaders. * Doubled the number of volunteer teams traveling to the LAC region from 35 to 70 teams annually. * Oversaw planning, budgets, income tracking, and expense reconciliation for each team * Co-facilitated volunteer team leader trainings to certify 250-300 team leaders annually; developed and updated training materials for volunteers and hosting staff.
