Then transitioning to direct involvement with the consulting team completing an in-depth industry analysis of community banking.

Worked under the direction of marketing management in a general capacity, with the specific focus of the development of a strategy to boost fan engagement among UK students. Our team accomplished this by interpreting student preferences and developing programs to better engage them on a more persistent and consistent basis.

Worked under the direction of Human Capital Management in a general capacity with a specific focus on clarifying/communicating company culture and values, and assisting with the on boarding of new employees through the organization of employee events, the development and publication of an employee handbook, and participating in athlete recruitment.

Inntopia provides an e-commerce platform used by the largest alpine ski resorts in North America, Europe and Australia. Assisted the Director of Partner Services, who's responsibilities include investigation and analysis of future markets, transitioning current customers to new/enhanced platforms, and analysis of various internal and external capabilities including sales, operations and technology.
