* Part of a team opening a new Enhanced Co-Occurring Residential Rehabilitation Service Program. * support individuals with their substance abuse recovery. * support individuals with mental health challenges. * Run therapeutic groups.

Provide a home for an Adult with Special Needs.

* Work directly with the Senior Vice President for Strategic Planning. * Work on Strategic Plan and updating progress on target areas. * Community Outreach. * Act as a resource to Families requesting services. * Assist and take lead on ongoing initiatives. * Provide Consultation and Trainings for new initiatives. * Assist with Grant writing and support around Grant Funded Programs. * Manage Monthly Fun Friends and Families Event. * Lead on Annual Caregiver Grants. * Work closely with Marketing and Advancement team.

* Managed Operation of a Group Living Environment for Adults with Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health Challenged. * Hire a dedicated Team of Staff. * Supervise Employees. * Train Employees. * Ensure Program is in Compliance. * Consistent meeting with Program Nurse and Clinical Consultant. * Crisis De-escalation and Management for Individuals experiencing crisis.

* Responsible to Assist Director in Managing the Operations of a CBDS Day Program for Adults with Developmental Disabilities. * Responsible for managing 5 Programs, 5 Shift Supervisors and 30 Staff. * Caseload of 56 Individuals. * Managing operations of the entire Day Program when Other Coordinator is out. This consists of 10 Programs and over 100 individuals. * Run supervisory meetings and attend all ISP Meetings for the individuals we serve.

* Work for Emergency Services Department. * Responsible for completing mental health evaluations on Youth whom are experiencing a crisis. * Responsible to work with families and giving them strategies to be able to work effectively with their child. * Responsible for safety planning, working with my Clinical partner to come up with a plan for the Youth and their Family. * Responsible to help send out referrals for outpatient services. * Bed Searching for Inpatient Hospitalization.

Open my home for at risk children. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for the Children placed into my home by the Department of Children and Families. Work closely with collaterals.

* Responsible for evaluations, training and supervision of both Clinical Counselors and lower level supervisors. * Making sure all agency policies/procedures are being met by all Staff. * Ensuring the effective use of all program resources. * Maintaining open communication with residential director, providers, Guardians and other service providers. * Identifying Clinical concerns and work with Clinical personnel to address issues through treatment plans/guidelines. * Conducting intake and assessments of Clients with problems such as personal and family adjustment, court involvement and physical and mental impairments. * Exemplifies respect for co-workers and performing other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.

* Managed operations for a Res-Ed program that works with Behavioral and Emotional Youth. * Ensure all services for both residential program and school are up to standards. * Lead Staff and Supervisor Meetings. * Supervise Shift Supervisors. * Lead Case Conferences for Youth. * Attend Foster Care reviews with DCF. * Ensure mandated yearly trainings are completed for all Staff. * Work Collaboratively with Clinical Team on Treatment planning and approval of Treatment plans. * Responsible for oversight and approval of critical incidents. * Responsible for internal investigations and outcomes. * Responsible for recruiting and termination of employees. * Responsible for Corrective Action of employees. * Ensure that licensing standards are met for EEC. * Responsible for Referrals to the Res-Ed Program as well as for all day only students in the school. * Responsible to meet with potential Youth for program and make acceptance decisions. * Ongoing collaboration with families, school systems, DCF, DDS, DYS, and DMH in order to effectively treat youth with complex clinical profiles.
