* Part of the Commercial Department. * Responsible for all reservation from tour operators and travel agency coming in for both hotels. * Daily tasks include: creating guest profile, cross-checking room price on reservation and on Barcelo's program, produce end-of-day report. * Assist department's director with fam-trip. * Occasional direct communication with the tour operator via phone and email.

Communicate between students, staffs, and community. Plan, develop and execute ECOpass project which brings affordable public transportation to Foothill's students. Take part in Foothill Sustainability Committee. Take part in March in March movement.

* The Roaring 20's is a special banquet organized with French cuisine and Bordeaux wine tasting. Guests of the event are high ranking managers of SEG, 4-5 stars hotels in Montreux and Lausanne, the ambassador of France, the Bordeaux Wine Council's representatives. * Responsibilities: * Developing and implementing wine tasting into classic banquet service. * Creating service model and floor plan, running sheet, risk assessment for efficient and smooth service. * Overseeing and training service staffs with food, wine, and beverage serving techniques. * Controlling all front-of-house operations * Maintaining good service flow and high guest satisfaction.

* June * September: Service * Waiter of the gastronomic restaurant. * In charge of providing both gastronomic and family dining style service to Backroad group (25 guests) weekly. * October: Kitchen * Commis of Pantry station, Pastry station
