I have the chance to learn and gain more knowledge about how to operate a firm and manage transportation as well as the way to help businesses go global thanks to International Economic Relations (my major at university) I started my first career as an intern at iGen Group, an education-oriented company with online video teaching projects, in the middle of my second year of university. Since it signifies the start of my managerial career, this particular milestone is important to me. This particular milestone is important to me since it signifies the start of my managerial career. I obtained knowledge from how to create appealing content, edit videos that are both educational and entertaining, and organize a captivating campaign as well as a leadership skill. A professional work ethic was also taught to me by the company's culture. Teamwork skill was the most necessary skill that I had learned in iGen. I worked with many people of different ages, genders, and regions, which helped me learn more about cultural differences, how to resolve conflicts, and how to communicate effectively. During that time, I read and learned a lot about management and digital transformation while reporting the process of the project. In the next five years, I will devote myself to this field and become a business consultant specializing in strategic planning and organizational development. My short-term plan is to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills through continuous learning, professional certifications, and hands-on experience. Firstly, I will enroll in advanced business courses and attend workshops to deepen my understanding of various industries, market trends, and emerging technologies. This will enable me to stay updated with the latest business practices and develop a strong foundation in strategic management. Additionally, I will seek opportunities to work with experienced consultants and industry experts, either through internships or collaborative projects. By actively participating in real-world consulting engagements, I aim to gain practical insights into problem-solving, client management, and project execution. Lastly, to expand my professional network, I will actively engage in industry conferences, seminars, and business events. These platforms will allow me to connect with like-minded professionals, potential clients, and mentors who can provide guidance and support in my career development.
