As a Senior Clinical Research Consultant at BaseBio, I bring over 9 years of diverse experience in the clinical research industry from both CRO and Site. My career journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of APAC regulatory requirements and clinical trial conduct across the region. One of my career highlights includes presenting at the Korea Health Industry Development Institute conference in South Korea, where I showcased Phase I clinical conduct in Australia. This experience not only honed my presentation skills but also reinforced my commitment to advancing clinical research in the APAC region. I am proud to have completed the Leadership Enrichment Agility Program (LEAP), an immersive 12-month experience that equipped me with a comprehensive toolkit of leadership skills. From critical thinking to conflict management, these skills empower me to drive positive change and innovation within my teams. I am passionate about leveraging my expertise and leadership abilities to contribute to the success of clinical trials and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
