- Responsible for sales and service support of all product lines (Water Purification System, TOC Analyzer, Amino Acid Analyzer, and Ion Chromatography) in SEA and Korea. - Training and supporting existing distributors. - Find, access and qualify new distributors. - Evaluate the performance of distributors, debrief underperforming distributors. - Support online activities of the marketing department of the HQ. - Maintain aftersales support for the installed devices. - Support the installation and validation. - Cordinate the involved departments at the HQ to proceed orders.

-Training and supporting existing distributors. - Looking for a new distributors to expand the business in Vietnam. - Support online activities with the Marketing department at the HQ. - Maintain the aftersales support for the installed devices in Vietnam

- Finding new customers in the following fields: pharmaceutical, food, biotechnology, chemical, environment, cosmetic... - Remaining the relationships with the exist customers. - Assisting customers to choose right products. - Making quotations and contracts. - Consulting and persuading the customers so that they buy the products. - Receiving and solving customer's complaints. - Negotiating with the suppliers about their products, the price, the ETD... - Finding out products from the new suppliers. - Joining and organize many exhibitions such as Vietwater, Coating expo, Vietfood, Analytica, Medi-Pharm, Food Expo...
