vsource is a talent sourcing platform that blends smart technology with human intuition to help recruiting teams become more efficient. We support recruiting teams in several moments of the recruitment process with services such as Talent Sourcing, Diversity Sourcing, Talent Engagement, and Talent Mapping. Primary objective: assisting the company’s clients in searching for any candidate profiles matching with jobs’ requirements from online data sources and supporting them in building their internal data banks. - Understanding client requirements and sourcing the suitable candidates for different positions. - Searching & Short-listing the candidates as per client’s requirements via job-boards, social networking sites (linkedin.com). - Screening and short-listing CV’s based on the remit provided. - Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission. - Submitting a complete profile to clients within a given time. - Getting new updates or tips from seniors or higher positions regarding tough requirements. - Doing some project tasks such as: doing career market research, building customer databases, etc. - Other duties assigned by Delivery Managers and Talent Sourcing Managers. Industry: Computer Games, Information Technology and Services (IT) , Finance, Accounting, Marketing, etc.

Main responsibilities: - Completed daily tasks. - Supported and answered client's inquiries via phone and email. - Introduced company's services, proposed recruitment solutions and ensured to bring the best services to clients. - Found out client's demands and consulted the most suitable services for them. - Sent out sales agreement forms and guide client how to activate packages. - Guided clients using SiVa system. - Attended Sales Skill Courses at Jobstreet. - Supported train for new interns about system and process from sales team. Recognition and Gains: - Understanding recruitment life cycle. - Successfully achieved 150% target of Feb 2020. - Learning how to manage time and planing in order to achieve targets. - Improving communication skill by discuss with clients.
