As a Nurse Coach, I empower my clients to create health promoting and healing lifestyles so that life can be lived fully, embracing what is most important. We achieve this through a holistic approach, focusing on motivation to change, plant-based nutrition, exercise, and any other areas that may be contributing to or holding one back from living their best life yet and reaching their goals. I also work with individuals as in-home/outdoor personal training with a focus on helping clients reach fitness goals and to make healthy and active a lifestyle.
