A licensed attorney admitted in Connecticut and New York, representing national and regional companies, financial institutions, small businesses and individuals in complex commercial and civil litigation matters. A diverse litigation practice, handling a wide array of matters including contract disputes, business torts, fraud, negligence, unfair trade practices and unfair competition, creditors rights and bankruptcy, as well as matters involving employment discrimination, securities, intellectual property, product liability including mass tort, insurance coverage, health care and legal malpractice defense. In the area of commercial foreclosure litigation, represents financial institutions and private lenders in all aspects of commercial litigation relating to contested mortgage foreclosures, and other litigation involving secured and unsecured lending, including defense of lender liability claims. Also represents clients in bankruptcy-related litigation matters, including adversary proceedings, lift stay motions, and the prosecution of claims in bankruptcy cases. Actively involved in the community, have served as a volunteer attorney for Greater Hartford Legal Aid and for Lawyers for Children America, a child advocacy organization protecting the rights of children who are victims of abuse, abandonment and neglect. Have also been involved in fundraising activities for local organizations such as Hope & Heroes Children's Cancer Fund in New York, New York, Make-A-Wish Hudson Valley in Tarrytown, New York and the March of Dimes in Westchester, New York. Also serve on the Board of Trustees of Kids' BASE/The Little School, and serves as the Executive Committee Vice-President.
