Throughout my career, I’ve led large-scale change initiatives - implementing EMS platforms, payroll systems, T&A, ATS, and accounting integrations for growing businesses and complex environments. I’ve built scalable, auditable, and compliant payroll and HR operations from the ground up, creating policy frameworks, automated workflows, and cultural alignment to support sustainable growth. As Product Owner at Audit My Payroll, I’ve helped lead the design and delivery of AI-powered compliance tools that enable businesses to shift from reactive payroll checks to real-time, proactive assurance. Working closely with developers and auditors, our team has built structured audit pathways, governance frameworks, and diagnostic tools that support Australian organisations in meeting legislative obligations.
