Ensure all suppliers are qualified and compliant to company’s ethics and standards - Monitoring order fulfillment with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery - Sourcing and developing new product upon market trends, customer requirement and competitor activity, assisting in new product development process to ensure product meet customer’s quality and commercial requirement - Price negotiation to maximize cost saving and ensure best quality with best price. Handle whole range product development with buyers and suppliers. - Working with quality team and suppliers to ensure the conformity for European Market, arrange on-line inspection and monitoring order follow up, to keep timely ETD and qualified shipments. - Identify qualified vendors.
