I was assigned and responsible for the cream case products, prepared fresh fruit items, ordered specialty cakes, minor decorating, ordering of supplies and products, inventory of all frozen bakery items, assisted other clerks with packaging and baking as needed.

I received inbound calls from Corporate/Government/Business customers regarding their wireless service needs/issues and processed payments. Setup payment arrangements for qualified customers while ensuring their services. I made outbound calls to the Smart Business Suites;bundled services business customers and processed payments, restored services, assisted in getting credits issued on accounts with providers account managers assigned to business customers.

Responsible for safety and security of inmates, staff, and facility Control housing units, Booking; Fingerprints and Mug Shots, and Master Control Escort inmates to court and medical appointments, insure safe meal times, yard times, and dayroom times Enforcing rules of facility when needed
