* Assists the Program Director with the safe operation of 60 bed CR/SRO Housing 15 young adults transitioning from OMH Children's facilities and 45 adults with SPMI and histories of homelessness and psychiatric hospitalizations. * Conducts outreach with approved referral facilities (shelters, state psychiatric centers, children's residential treatment centers) to ensure full occupancy, and engages Residents prior to admission to ensure successful transition. * Development and implementation of client programming and groups. Ensures that staff uses Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed practices. * Supervises Case Management Staff. Coaches and supports staff to ensure maximum Resident engagement. Conducts weekly individual and group supervision of Case Management team. * Provides coverage for Program Director. * Additional duties as required.

Supervise the Case Managers, Provide weekly individual supervision and weekly group supervision. Conduct chart audits in individual supervision to ensure charts are audit ready. Engage Clients with Case Managers when necessary. Have HASA Case Managers meet for a HASA Case Conference when deemed necessary due to non compliance issues. Compose weekly reports and monthly reports, submit these reports to HASA and Supervisor.
