Through our 700,000 customers across the Asia Pacific, CCA reaches 265 million consumers with our diverse product portfolio including world leading brands like Coca-Cola, Australian favourites SPC and Cascade, our own CCA brands including Mount Franklin, and the premium spirits of Beam Global. In 2014 CCA will add beers and Rekorderlig cider to our product portfolio. A member of the Executive Leadership team reporting to the Managing Director of the Australian business, accountable for the national Human Relations function. CCA's revenue for 2012 exceed $5billion, NPAT was in excess of $558m with 4,500+ people. My role is to develop and lead CCA's Talent Management (talent acquisition, performance & development, capability, succession, leadership, culture, engagement, diversity, change management & communication), Remuneration & Benefits, Contractor Management, Industrial relations, Employee Relations, HR Business Partners, Health,Safety & Wellbeing.

Manage all supply chain activities for Coca Cola Amatil throughout Victoria and Tasmania. This includes managing three manufacturing plants located in Moorabbin, Bayswater and Thomastown, route and bulk distribution, an automated Distribution Centre located in Mentone, a manual warehouse in Tasmania and a variety of co packers and off site warehouses.

Implement and operate the first Automated Distribution centre within the Coca Cola Amatil network. Our focus was to achieve gobal best practice through innovation, technology and our people. Driving cultural change and continually looking for a better way in all areas of the operations enabled us to achieve significant improvements in our performance and achieve the expectations of the business.

Reporting to the General Manager Supply Chain, i was responsible for driving a significant change in our customer service strategy through the re-engineering of our warehousing and distribution operations to improve customer service levels and recuce operational costs.

Associated Retailers Ltd (ARL) is one of Australia’s largest independent retail groups. With over 1000 members and retail stores, strong buying power and well-known brands such as Toyworld, Mensland, Shoex, Brown Sugar, Meredith and Manchester House, ARL is a significant operator in independent retailing. As the Logistics Manager I was responsible for the purchasing, importing, warehousing and distribution of over 25,000 products per annum.
