Associate Director (2016 – 06/2018): Responsible for multiple customer relationships and oversight of staff augmented team members. Some focus areas include; achieving account GM targets, obtaining strong customer satisfaction scores, aligning labor and expense costs to cost model, managing attrition and working with resources on career growth. Team Lead/Project Manager/Program Manager (2010 - 2015): Oversight of the Project Management Office and Work Process Improvement teams on an engagement for a Fortune 100 Financial Service firm. Testing Team Lead (2004 - 2005): Duties included all resource management, release planning and scheduling, overseeing all testing activities. Technical Consultant/Lead (2001 - 2004): A support specialist role, developing enhancements for various SQL Server and Access applications. Spent months at client sites solidifying the client relationship.

IT Facilitator: Four years of experience teaching Access, Visual Basic and Java courses for the AIT program. Duties included classroom instruction, creating class plans and exercises, facilitating teamwork.
