Senior Lecturer & Lead (Academic Services) Engineering Cluster, School of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering Singapore Polytechnic Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer and Lead (Academic Services) within the Engineering Cluster, School of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering at Singapore Polytechnic. I am the Module Coordinator for Aircraft Power Plants and have teaching experience across Aircraft Structures, Additive Manufacturing, and Thermofluid modules. In addition to academic responsibilities, I hold key appointments in Outreach, where I plan and lead school outreach initiatives and serve as an overall coordinator for engineering open house events. I also bring extensive experience in student advisory roles, student leadership development, club management, and event planning, supporting holistic student growth beyond the classroom.

Project Engineer at the Defence Science & Technology Agency (DSTA), specialising in the acquisition, integration, and upgrading of aircraft and aviation systems. I manage end-to-end engineering projects involving the procurement and modernisation of aircraft and mission equipment, ensuring they meet operational, safety, and performance requirements. My role involves close collaboration with a wide range of local and overseas partners, including industry vendors, system integrators, and stakeholders, to deliver effective and future-ready capabilities for defence operations. With a strong technical foundation and systems perspective, I bridge engineering requirements with project execution, driving complex programmes from concept through implementation with a focus on quality, reliability, and mission readiness.

Engine Specialist, Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Sembawang Air Base Served as an Engine Specialist with the Republic of Singapore Air Force, based at Sembawang Air Base. Specialised in O-level and I-level maintenance of the Makila engine for the Super Puma helicopter. During my service, I held key appointments as I-level Shift In-Charge (IC) and Tools & Publications IC, overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with technical documentation, and maintaining tool accountability to support safe and efficient aircraft operations.
